The module covers the architecture, components and operation of complex modern (business) networks and broadband access technology concepts. Participants learn how to configure advanced functionality on routers and switches and are able to configure and troubleshoot IP networks. Learn about cyber threats, attacks and vulnerabilities, security mechanisms and virtual private networks. They learn about the functionality of ACLs, NAT translations and QoS mechanisms.
