Learning objectives
- Throughout, participants are engaged in a creative process of open innovation, where they identify, design and evaluate new (digital) services or solutions using the SEROI+ (social, economic, environmental retourn on investment with open innovation) methodology. The themes for the workshop are based on the priorities of business strategies, guidelines or policies, and the evaluation of the investment is done through economic, social and environmental indicators.
